When booking, please advise the number of adults and children to be accommodated.

All cabins are equipped with refrigerators and fitted with ovens, 4 burners and griller - most have microwave ovens

All units listed are of modern standard and design and provide spacious, comfortable accommodation with air conditioning for summer comfort and heaters for winter warmth.

All units are equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment (ie. 2 pots, frying pan, toaster, jug) for the maximum number of occupants that may be accommodated therein. The hirer is required to provide own linen, blankets and pillows in most units (refer to above), and all other specialty requirements.

NO PETS PERMITTED

Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on check in.
Changes and Cancellations – All cancellations incur a $20 administration fee. If a cancellation is within [30] days of arrival the deposit is forfeited. Alterations after arrival do not qualify for any refund.
Reception hours are [8am to 7.00pm]. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of [7] nights applies for cabin accommodation during Christmas high season, a minimum of [5] nights sites and cabins at Easter and 10 nights sites, 7 nights cabins during Country Music Festival, a minimum of [3] nights in cabins on long weekends and a minimum of [2] nights in cabins on other weekends. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged for an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 12 noon.
The management reserves the right to vary all or any rates or charges without notice.
Car parking adjoining cabins and all sites is only available for one car – additional car maybe parked in car park area or arrangements made with Management.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
Not be the person named on the booking request
Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
Not be able to pay for any charges
May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
Hire commences from 12noon on day of arrival & cabins must be vacated by 10am on day of departure

A deposit of $50 (or $100 during school holiday periods & Easter) is required to confirm all cabin reservations.
A deposit of $20 during school holiday periods & Easter is required for all powered site bookings. Deposits will not be refunded unless 30 days notice of cancellation is given (10% will still be retained)

The normal caravan park requirement that all fees for the intended period of stay be paid on arrival with respect to this park will be requested. All bookings will be held until 3pm the following day.

Management reserves the right to vary all or any of the above rates or charges without notice.

NOTE: Car parking adjoining cabins and all sites is only available for one car - additional cars may be parked in car pack area or arrangements made with management.
